# About Luna Nova

From strategic consulting to technical testing and industrialisation.

Founded in 2023, Luna Nova supports CTOs and Engineering leaders in controlling AI costs and the quality of results. Our work covers Coding Agents, AI Software Factories, and AI features and agents embedded in production products. We also offer part-time AI Leadership.

## Rik Dams, founder

Rik Dams has led digital products and programmes for more than 15 years, including in international environments such as John Deere and Bosch Siemens Home Appliances. His background combines product leadership, operations, IT programmes and building AI solutions. Since 2023, he has worked on AI strategy, AgentOps and the industrialisation of agentic systems.

Luna Nova builds on this foundation of consulting and execution. Depending on the engagement, other expert consultants may be brought in, without presupposing a large permanent team.

We favour success criteria that can be verified on the client's own tasks, before/after comparisons and a controlled rollout when the results justify it. Optimisation opportunities are assessed based on the available data, without promising automatic savings.
